We researched this style as best we could before giving it a crack! A classic 100% German Pilsner Malt base was a must combined with a classic European Pils hop profile, the main difference is the American Pale Ale style dry hopping with noble hops.

It’s this dry hopping which has given this PILS more depth and a bit of crunch. The beer pours a brilliant unfiltered straw colour and has a remarkable fluffy head for a single malt beer. The bitterness is balanced and smooth.
