Returning after first been brewed in 2019. This beer represents our nod to one of the great cinematic heroes of our time.  Brimming with Citra and Amarillo, this epic adventure is everything we want in a hazy IPA.  Massive oat and wheat additions combined with a 24 g/L dry hop and a London Ale III fermentation results in a thick, silky haze. Flavour wise we’ve got big juicy notes of guava, passionfruit and stone fruit, followed by orange and grapefruit and a touch of spice.  But this isn’t a pure fruit bomb . . . 60 IBUS came out of our kettle and whirlpool reminding you that this is a big, dank IIPA with serious floral and citrus aroma.  Why do we do these things?  Fortune and Glory, of course.
