Big Tree is a big ol’ West Coast IPA brewed with a unique blend of ale and pilsner malts along with some malted oats and wheat for body. Big Tree received a massive wallop of hops in the kettle and whirlpool followed by a double dry hop consisting of Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. Expect medium to high hop bitterness supported by strong piney and citrus driven flavours and aromas.
