Who’s Doug...? Good question!
He is one of the lovely local farmers we have been working with for years who collects our spent grain for feed for their cattle. He came to us with some grapefruits that he picked on his farm and we decided to use them in a beer much to his surprise!
Doug’s Grapefruit IPA is packed with bold citrus flavours from both the hop selection and the grapefruit. We employed DIP hopping in this beer to really make the most of the incredible oils that remain untapped in the hops.
