In collaboration with our friends at Bright’s Reed & Co Distillery, Bright Brewery’s Aviation Cocktail Sour is a stylish and sophisticated sour ale with a vivid and distinctive purple hue. 

Brewed with classic gin botanicals hand-selected by Reed & Co’s head distiller Hamish Nugent to reflect its namesake cocktail, the Aviation Cocktail Sour derives its vibrant purple colour from blue-pea flowers and is a light, tart and refreshing sour ale.

Brewer’s Notes: Inspired by the classic Aviation cocktail. Aromas of gin and violet with a sweet and sour flavour and tart finish. Deep purple in colour.
