A traditional German Doppelbock aged in used Jamaican Rum and Wild Turkey barrels. In order to enhance the rich, fruity, and nutty notes of the Doppelbock, we aged the beer in these barrels for 11 months and the aroma is full of rum and bourbon sweetness.
