A blend of Sezão (40%), Shiraz (40%) and Petit Verdot (20%). A mixture of Yarra and Nagambie fruit. Fermented separately in open top fermenters where we gently hand plunged over 8 -10 days. Raised in old oak for 8 months.


A beautiful deep ruby red hue. A berry bomb. Shiraz providing the foundation here with blackcurrant, blackberries with a hint of licorice. The Sezão bringing a lively acidity as well as doubling down on those blackberry and plum notes. The Petit Verdot offering layers of violets and earthiness.
