This is our second barrel aged collaboration with our good mates, and fellow Blue Mountain's locals, at Mountain Culture Beer Co.

We provided our freshly decanted Outcask Wild Rum barrels, which Mountain Culture filled with a deep bed of raisins before adding their Imperial Stout base and resealing. 

Guests at their taprooms would have seen these barrels resting in nooks and crannies where they've quietly sat over 12 months, infusing the magic.

And magic is what we got! This complex stout is the epitome of decadence with a creamy body, rich chocolate and raisin notes complemented by hints  of vanilla, apricot, coconut and oak gifted by the rum-soaked barrels.
