A blend of 3 of the four grapes we work with. Mostly Vermentino, with roughly 30% each of the Mataro and Tinta. Made as separate wines and blended after. The cans are from Vinsafe, the best can technology for wine now. There is a slight carbonation level of 5 grams to give a little spritz. It’s certainly one for spring and summer – it has a real watermelon and cranberry vibe going on.
