Entwined: a mixed culture Rye Saison brewed at Holgate, then blended with specially selected tart and funky stock ales from the Molly Rose cellar. Artisanal malts, European hops and complex cultures create a beer with bags of character. This is a classic Saison - spicy, funky, bitter and bone dry.

Nic Sandery, owner and founder of Molly Rose, came to Holgate in 2014/2015 as an experienced brewer, and through his influence, they brewed their first ‘kettle sour’ - which became the popular Hop Tart (forerunner to the Wild Berry Sour and other fruited sour releases). Entwined is a mixed fermentation brew using different yeasts and bacterias, celebrating the early innovation in brewing wild and sour beers in Australia, and highlights the collaborative nature and camaraderie in the craft brewing industry.
