The Belgian Wit style has been a favourite of Paul Holgate's since home brewing in the early 90s - the Holgate White Ale the original brew that launched the brewery in 1999. Our Citrus IPA is outrageously dry hopped and combined with real dried orange peel from Murray River oranges. It blends the traditional Belgian style with modern American-style IPAs.
