Meet Bluebird, our fresh take on an American Pale Ale that's got a bit of tradition and a bit of innovation. On a lean base of pilsner malt, with a very slight touch of crystal rye, we’ve kept the temp low and fermented out with a nouveau lager yeast. Generously hopped with Citra®, Superdelic™, and new NZH-104 from NZ Hop’s Bract Program - they say “sweet stone and tropical fruit, along with pine needle character” - Anyway, it's a cool blend of old-school and new-gen flavours in an easy-drinking can ya’ll.
