With our ability to strip back the water we use in our lagers to the pure H20 molecule, we are able to then build up the water profile and match it to anywhere in the world. This summer we will transport ourselves to sunny Greece by matching to the same water profile you would find from natural springs in Attica for this brew. This Lager is truly the heart of an authentic Hellenic beer.
