Teaming up yet again with NZ Hops Ltd after recent releases Slow it Down DDH Pale Ale and On Your Feet DIPA, we present a new IPA from our in-house R&D Hazy Program loaded up with some more NZ grown NZH102. It's that new brewery fav that pumps out red lifesaver, kumquat flesh and apricot skin vibes. And I mean, of course we had to throw some Nelson Sauvin in for good measure too, but we knew you wouldn't mind. Made upon a heavy base of mainly spelt - unusual for us - we find this ancient grain gives a full body and smooth finish to this brand new hop from across the ditch.
