Anyway, our next Red IPA has a base of fine NZ Ale malts plus the addition of five speciality grains. We’ve cranked the bitterness up a little, selected some damn fine new US hops - Sequoia & Lórien® - and fermented out with a hybrid lager-ale yeast.

Expect a little malty-meets-bitter number that’s full of hop character and the crimson colour of Autumn turning.
