How Many Fingers Am I Holding Up is a West Coast Double IPA brewed with a new experimental hop product called Salvo in the form of Centennial and Cascade. We've also dry-hopped this with Mosaic, Citra and Centennial. We get bursting aromas of resinous orange pith and grapefruit. The body is full and robust and brings with it a mouth-coating bitterness that reminds us of our favourite OG West Coast Double IPAs. The hop flavours are citrus dominated with plenty of fleshy orange, grapefruit and a hint of pine. The finish is dry and clean and leaves you craving one more sip.
