River City Pils is a beautiful lager that was born out of a less than beautiful event. This lager is dedicated to our wonderful river city of Brisbane. We love this place, even if the river did literally infiltrate our brewery for a few days in the late February floods. For this batch, we pulled off half our tank of RCP and dry-hopped it late in the game with a subtle dosing of Citra. RCP: Citra brings the same clean flavour profile as its OG sibling but has the added kick of light notes of grapefruit, lychee and peach coming through. The zesty dry hop flavours add to the hit of refreshment and combine for ultimate crispy boi crusher.
