Sunshine Type is a new Imperial Pastry Sour Ale which we have loaded to the brim with fresh guava and blueberry. This is one smooooth and tart ride. We've added a hint of lactose to increase the smooth mouthfeel, while the fruit brings hints of sweetness and an added layer of acidic tartness. Gloriously fruity and sweet, with a balanced mouth-puckering sour finish.
