Throughout Northern Europe, table beer served as a universal beverage for communal gatherings, designed as a casual beer to be enjoyed around meal times by everyone around the table. It was also used to hydrate when drinking water was not only unpalatable but also unsafe.

This is our first release that is solely in stainless and an exploration of some beers that we will release without extended barrel ageing. This beer went through primary fermentation in stainless with a well known saison strain.

We dry hopped w/ Saaz & Strisselspalt at the rate of 3.3g/L for 72 hours prior to packaging.

Packaged on February 9th 2021 w/ the addition of brett. brux and bottle conditioned for 8 weeks.

Aromas of lemon zest, creamy grain, toast & pepper. The palate lends to lemon peel, water crackers & subtle notes of peach. Firm clean bitterness with a moreish, dry finish.

Good for any occasion - cheese, dinner, camping or a shower.
