Union is our pride and joy, our go-to beer for any occasion.  

Union is fermented cold and under pressure. Fermentation under pressure allows for better carbonation and better foam in the finished beer. Union spends at least 35 days in the fermenter prior to packaging, this time in tank allows flavours to gently settle and develop over time. Union is unfiltered.

Union boasts flavours of fresh sourdough pretzel, soft minerality and a touch of lemony, citrusy zest thanks to a combination of classic German hops.
